The Softball Group specializes in high-performance softball equipment and apparel for dedicated players and teams. Our product range includes:

• Accessories & Customization: Bat Grips, Glove Laces, Guards & Protectors, and custom Embroidery services.
• Apparel & Footwear: Team and performance Apparel, Hats, and specialized Footwear (cleats).
• Expert Services: Professional Glove Services including repair, relacing, and conditioning.

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, minor variations in color or detail may occur. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product without notice.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

4.1 Placing an Order

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once payment is authorized and you receive an order confirmation email from [email protected]. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Your payment card will be charged at the time of order placement. You authorize us to charge the total amount, including shipping and applicable taxes, to your chosen payment method.

4.3 Shipping and Delivery

We ship globally from our facility in Baltimore, MD, USA, with the exception of some remote regions and specific areas in Asia. By placing an order, you agree to the following:

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Shipping Methods:
  • Standard Shipping: $12.95. Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery estimate: 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Economy Shipping: FREE on orders over $50. Shipped via EMS. Delivery estimate: 15-25 business days after shipment.
• Delivery times are estimates and do not include customs clearance, which is the customer’s responsibility. Delays due to customs, peak seasons, or carrier issues are beyond our control.
• You are responsible for providing a correct and deliverable shipping address. We are not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our complete Shipping & Returns Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Key points include:

• Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Process: You must first contact customer service at [email protected] to obtain an RMA number. Returns shipped without an RMA will not be accepted.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective/wrong item).

• Delays or failures in shipping, delivery, or product availability that are beyond our reasonable control (e.g., carrier delays, customs holds, natural disasters).

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the website or purchase of products shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the product(s) in question.

Our products are designed for softball. Users are responsible for using all equipment, especially protective gear, appropriately and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and the rules of the sport.
